Our Team
Remembering Mike Miluski
CGS was co-founded by Michael Miluski, P.E. He acted as our vice president and also oversaw all field operations until his sudden passing in 2021.
Early in his career, he found his passion designing soil stabilization programs utilizing compaction grouting. In 1998, he and his wife Kay decided to follow this passion further by starting CGS, a specialty geotechnical subcontracting business. Together they built it to be the well-respected, principled company it is today.
Our team greatly misses the wisdom and guidance that Mike provided daily, as we continue to move forward and grow our business to keep Mike’s legacy alive.
CGS Leadership Team
Our team boasts over 45 years of geotechnical construction and engineering experience. This expertise allows us to collaborate with general contractors and engineers on projects requiring sinkhole repair, void fill pre-construction, slope stabilization and slab lifting. We work with design professionals to develop the highest quality and most cost-effective solutions. We’ll find the right solution for you.
Kay has formulated the corporate vision and direction of Compaction Grouting Services, Inc. as a prominent specialty contractor since 1998. Her extensive experience managing sales teams, creating and establishing a young professionals program, and developing and maintaining relationships with large commercial and industrial clients in the energy sector, prepared her to successfully open and run CGS. Kay owns CGS and authorizes all financial management and current and new service development initiatives. She determines and approves all capital investments and service contracts.
