Compaction Grouting Services, Inc. is a geotechnical contracting firm that specializes in compaction grouting, micropiles (minipiles), sinkhole remediation, soil nail walls and shotcrete, and slabjacking. Our team boasts over 45 years of geotechnical construction and engineering experience. This expertise allows us to collaborate with general contractors and engineers on projects requiring sinkhole repair, void fill pre-construction, slope stabilization and slab lifting. With a project management team of registered Professional Engineers (licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey), no other specialty contractor is better equipped to provide value engineering solutions to a project. With extensive background in engineering consulting, our team boasts a combined 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management. When working with CGS, expect hands-on management through all phases of a project – from the concept/proposal stage through to invoicing.

When approached with a problem, we will evaluate site-specific conditions and work with Engineers and Developers to determine the highest quality, most cost-effect solution. We’ll find an alternative that works best, and turnkey it at an affordable price.

CGS Mobile Grout Plant

CGS batches grout on-site to ensure the proper consistency at all times unlike while other specialty contractors that use “ready-mix” grout. Our mobile grout plant allows versatility, and we can modify our grout mix as necessary to achieve the project’s goals. With a continuous supply of a grout material that we control, we are able to avoid project delays/cost overruns due to: delays in product delivery, rejection of grout material due to unacceptable grout slump or set time in a read-mix truck drum, and minimize end-of-day grout waste.

Putzmeister TK15 and TK20 Pumps

These specialized pumps inject grout at the slow rate necessary to avoid unwanted fracturing of the soil. With the combination of the mix design provided by our grout plant and the slow pumping rate that only these pumps provide, we provide a superior product.

Lump Sum Pricing

When adequate subsurface information is available, CGS canaccurately estimate material needs and therefore provide lump sum bids. When pricing is solely based on units, a lack of information or inadequate estimation of project needs can lead to unexpected increases in project costs. With CGS, a lump sum price quoted is the price paid…always.
